Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may be charged the full amount.
Failure to show up without prior notice may result in a charge.
Payment is made on-site, unless otherwise agreed.
Forever Lashting is not liable for allergic reactions if the client has refused a patch test.
Complaints can be submitted in writing via email. We will respond within 14 business days.
